Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process normally includes:
- Initial expression of interest.
- Submission of a CV.
- Professional discussion and/or interview (where applicable).
- Verification of qualifications and occupational competence.
- Professional references.
- Completion of pre-engagement documentation.
- Associate induction.
- Approval to deliver, assess and/or internally quality assure qualifications.
