Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process normally includes:

  1. Initial expression of interest.
  2. Submission of a CV.
  3. Professional discussion and/or interview (where applicable).
  4. Verification of qualifications and occupational competence.
  5. Professional references.
  6. Completion of pre-engagement documentation.
  7. Associate induction.
  8. Approval to deliver, assess and/or internally quality assure qualifications.
