Malearn is an established training and children's programmes provider based in London. We deliver accredited qualifications for adult learners and registered childcare programmes, as well as creative arts HAF clubs for children. Accredited Qualifications
Malearn offers accredited qualifications and short courses to local residents and childcare businesses. Courses in Early Years, Education, Safeguarding, First Aid, and Functional Skills. Flexible delivery: online, workplace, and classroom
Our qualifications are Ofqual regulated and they are accredited by Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) or Highfield qualifications.
Our Trainers, Assessors, and IQAs bring a wealth of experience from education, quality assurance, and childcare roles. Learners benefit from:
- Direct access to an allocated Assessor
- Regular tutorials, workplace visits, and ongoing support
- Face-to-face assessment in their work environment (for Early Years and Childcare qualifications)

Our Story
Founded by Martina Mullings, an experienced education and childcare professional with over 20 years' experience, Malearn brings together high-quality training and children's programmes under one trusted organisation. Drawing on her experience as an Early Years consultant, inspector and Senior Standards Verifier, Martina has built Malearn around a commitment to quality, inclusion, safeguarding and helping learners and children achieve their full potential.

Registered After-School & Holiday Club
Our Registered After-School & Holiday Club provides high-quality childcare in a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children aged 4–11 years. We offer a wide range of enjoyable activities that support children's learning, development and well-being while giving parents and carers reliable childcare before school, after school and during the holidays.
Children can enjoy creative play, arts and crafts, sports, games, outdoor play, themed activities and opportunities to socialise with friends. Our experienced team is committed to creating a welcoming environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Management Schemes
In addition to delivering our own after-school and holiday clubs, Malearn also offers a management service for Ofsted-registered out-of-school provision. This includes after-school clubs and holiday schemes for children aged 4–11.
We manage staffing, compliance, and safeguarding — including enhanced DBS checks for all staff — to ensure that children are happy, safe, and well cared for. Our teams provide a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, alongside healthy snacks and meals.
With an experienced and qualified staff team, we build strong relationships with children, families, and school staff, working closely with schools to safeguard and protect every child.
Creative Arts HAF Club
At Malearn Creative Arts HAF Club, creativity is at the heart of everything we do. Our holiday programmes are designed to inspire imagination, build confidence and develop new skills through engaging, hands-on creative arts experiences.
Children enjoy a wide range of creative activities, alongside healthy food experiences and physical activities to explore, discover and make new friends. Every session is carefully planned to provide a fun, safe and welcoming environment where children can learn, create and thrive.
